I have been so blessed to teach yoga at Berkeley Preparatory School, not only during after school programs but during Berkeley's Summer of Enrichment programs.  This is an amazing community that has really allowed me to blossom into the teacher I am today.  I strive to keep learning and growing along with my students.  I create a lesson and intention for every class.  As a form of Karma yoga, what I put in, I get out.  Which creates a growth mindset for the students and myself.

Here I am also able to wear my OT hat helping children one on one with social emotial needs, emotional regulation along with fine and gross motor strength/coordination, learning tools.
